Transformational Leadership Coaching also called the 'Corporate Rugby Coaching'

Following the Corporate Breakthrough Workshop, we help select potential change leaders for intensive high-performance coaching. Our structured coaching experience includes multiple interactions between the coach and the leader using one-on-one meetings, emails and telephonic conversations. Focus areas are divergent thinking, streamlining action plan towards visioning and growth strategies, breakthrough targets and change management.
