Manford Is Committed To “Building A Dynamic, Vibrant And Durable State Of Peace, At All Times, Everywhere. Peace Is A Right And Not An Option.”
While enabling corporate leaders and frontline teams to realise their full potential is our business vision, inspiring those very people to come together as good citizens is our human vision. In 2003, Manford was given the opportunity to partner for peace in Jammu & Kashmir (in collaboration with Help Foundation, Srinagar). The enduring learning and positive outcomes of our involvement, led us to establish the Manford Centre, which is now supported by participants who attend our Corporate Breakthrough Workshops. Manford facilitators and volunteers continue to dedicate a considerable portion of their time and income towards projects in Peace Education, Mediation and Capacity Building for Conflict Resolution.
